Bajo la consigna de unir al partido para recuperar el gobierno nacional, acompañar al Peronismo entrerriano y apoyar las gestiones del Gobernador Bordet, Claudia Monjo, Juan Romero, Silvina Domé y los Presidentes de Comunas del Departamento Villaguay, nace este gran acuerdo de distintos sectores del Peronismo local integrado por las siguientes agrupaciones:

5-“Agrupación Renacer Social” 6-“Peronismo Militante” 7-“Movimiento Barrios Peronistas”
8-“Agrupación Carlos Fuertes” 9-“Corriente Jauretche” 10-“La Cámpora”
“Con una gran generosidad y en el marco de un acuerdo horizontal pero con una conducción política clara y definida que busca la unidad en la diversidad, respetando las distintas corrientes y pensamientos del Peronismo se logró aglutinar una gran representación de Rama Femenina, Sindical, Juventud y Política de manera tal de representar cabal y responsablemente al Justicialismo Villaguayense para los nuevos desafíos que se avecinan que tiene que ver con llevar adelante una oposición responsable pero fundamentalmente defender los intereses del país en general y trabajar por el progreso social de los que menos tienen”.
“El proyecto en marcha entiende que la cultura del trabajo, el esfuerzo, la educación, la responsabilidad y la transparencia en el manejo de los recursos públicos son los elementos fundamentales de la doctrina Peronista bien entendida y presupuestos esenciales para la justicia social, la soberanía política y la independencia económica”.
